Every Fresh Air Machine is carefully made, individually inspected, and gently packaged for delivery right to your door.
Simply by following the easy care instructions, your Fresh Air Machine can be easily maintained.
We also provide you with an iron-clad 12 month warranty (below), although you probably won't ever need it. If you ever have a problem or question about your new purifiers, we will be happy to help you. Just let us know!

Standard 12 Month Limited
Warranty
Science Air Products warrants this product to
the original purchaser for a period of 12 months
from the date of purchase. If the unit fails to
function during that time, simply contact Science
Air Products for return instructions. Please do
not return the product before contacting us. Please
enclose a copy of the original dated invoice and
package the unit safely. The customer is responsible
for shipment and safe delivery of the unit to
Science Air Products. Science Air Products will,
if it deems the unit defective, either repair
or replace the unit at its sole option (and, based
on availability, may elect to replace the unit
with an air purifier of similar function or value).
The unit must have been operated in accordance
with the instructions and guidelines contained
in the Owner's Guide. This warranty covers only
manufacturing defects, and not normal wear and
tear. It excludes loss or damage related to improper
use, accidents, or the results of unauthorized
service, tampering, use of non-approved parts,
power fluctuations, improper power, or insufficient
or improper maintenance, as determined by Science
Air Products at its sole discretion. This warranty
specifically excludes consumables such as particle
screen, optional fragrance, UV cell, and multi-function
cartridges, which are not warranted. The unit's
remote control is warranted for the first 90 days,
excluding batteries. This warranty is valid only
for purchases made directly through Science Air
Products or a currently authorized reseller. In
no event shall Science Air Products, its agents,
employees, or distributors be liable for special,
incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
The provisions of this warranty supercede and
are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express
or implied, written or oral, including any warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. Science Air Products' maximum liability
shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid
for this product. This warranty is non-transferrable
and shall immediately become void if the unit's
serial number label is removed, altered, or is
no longer clearly legible.
